A multi functional Branch Server platform and an NFV (Network Function Virtualization) device designed and manufactured in India by Hughes Communication India Ltd. Hermes acts as a branch server whose base function is to enable the customer to port multiple applications on to Hermes without having to invest in multiple hardware devices. This brings down the hardware foot print of the branch. Hermes also helps to fight the hardware obsolescence and helps you to maximize return on your existing infrastructure. Any application which supports virtualization can be ported on to Hermes.
